Maintaining Human Resources:
Propose how the organization should maintain the human resources (attracted and developed in the previous sections) in order to support the change.
Focus the proposal to develop human resources on one of the following: career development, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, employee retention and turnover, or labor-management relations.
Explain how the proposed efforts maintain human resources to bring about the change will affect the primary organizational subsystem identified.
