Using statistical data from the CDC Wonder database, select a health problem that exists in your community. Write a 1-2 paragraph memo explaining the health problem that includes the following:

  • Description of the health issue
  • Explanation of the severity of the issue (use statistical data)
  • Why the health issue should be addressed
  • Who is most affected by the health issue
  • What consequences may occur if the health issue is not addressed

Use a memo format. Be sure to cite and include references for your resources.
