  3. Application of leadership theories, strategies and/or models that you have selected as appropriate to support and execute the plan.
  4. Provide discussion around the rationale for inclusion with reference to supporting evidence from the leadership / management literature.Include a brief consideration of the financial impact justifying the anticipated costs and/or any potential savings.
