Conduct an assessment of the problem using one of the following tools:
- Fishbone Diagram
- Check Sheet
- Histogram
- Pareto Chart
- Flowchart
- Scatterplot
- Run Chart
•Provide a detailed critique of the problem based on your selected quality assessment. What are the key contributors to the problem being discussed?
•What insight regarding the problem was provided to you through the utilization of the selected tool?
•Include a visual representation of the problem using the selected tool (handwritten or scanned copies are acceptable).
