the actual %MVC recorded. Discuss this comparison.
•Using the 60% and the 10% columns, find the 1st quartile, 2nd quartile,
and 3rd quartile. Then, calculate the IQR, lower bound (Q1 – 1.5*IQR),
and upper bound (Q3 + 1.5*IQR)
