Add the total of each column.
Row total is the total of all the scores in the column total.
How the scores are :
1 – 13 low
14 – 26 medium
27 – 40 high
In the report:
– Write between 500 – 700 words to describe the questionnaires and the results.and the results.
– Why the score is low or medium or high.
– Make suggestions to solve it.
– If high how can you sustain and maintain.
– Include the table with the scores in the report ( screens
