The Dangers of Civil war.
The paper should only address the following things:
1) Discuss briefly in what way civil wars are different from inter-state wars. (max. 150 words).
2) Explain why civil wars are so difficult to end/settle, and why in many cases they are more difficult to end than interstate wars.(approx. 1100 words).
3) Discuss the consequences of civil war refering to the ‘Second Congo war’ a few times.(approx. 300 words)
