Relationship Between Biodiversity and Infectious Diseases.
Over the last decade, biodiversity has continued to decrease due to human behavior and climate change. However, an increase in the number of zoonotic diseases such as AIDS, Ebola, West Nile virus, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and now COVID-19 has made us more aware of how animals and humans interact in an ecosystem.
