The Health Belief Model is a conceptual framework applied to behavioral management of patients with chronic disease.
Employing this model, choose a chronic disease condition and develop an application/template for the 6 concepts of the model (Merrill, 2021, p. 238) and apply it to patients in your clinical practice. This plan will vary according to the disease chosen and your clinical practice area. Be
