A performance appraisal is the systematic review of an employee’s performance in the workplace and its impact on the organization. A performance appraisal may be used to determine a promotion, pay increases and bonuses, or termination tool, as it indicates the employee who has contributed the most to the company’s growth and who has not.
Using new appraisal assess and measure the employees’ performance on their strengths and weaknesses.
