This is the scenario for the proposal:
Principal Craft is a new principal and does not see how an arts program could
increase students reading and math scores. In addition, her budget has been
cut and she wants to eliminate the school’s art program.
Use the prompts below to write a 2–page proposal that would convince her to not eliminate the program.
Your proposal should outline:
• The benefits of an arts program (visual arts, music and drama)
• How would you incorporate learning domain/ standards?
• Explain how you would implement the program at a selected grade level
which is (3K)= 3 year old class room
• Be sure to include the benefits of play for the chosen age group
