The Essay has two parts as follows:

2 . Write a critical reflection of the issues presented in part 1 of the essay in relation to implications for a range of relevant stakeholders within practice, policy and academic research; you may consider additional implications applicable to your context, but in all cases focus on what has been learned from the findings of your research. (1000 words)
