1. Demonstrate a systematic understanding of research,national frameworks and practical knowledge in relation to management and leadership and working with others in educational and/or early childhood contexts.
2. Critically analyze theories relevant to the management of change within rapidly evolving sectors concerned with education and childhood, reflecting on ways in which the student may influence change in practical and professional environments.
3. Demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of the skills necessary to work effectively with others in a team.
4. Critically reflect on student’s role(s) in a personal and professional context;analyzing the work of other professionals who work with young people, children and families.
