You are employed as a Building Surveyor in a RICS regulated firm which has an interdisciplinary team.Your firm has been approached by Property Investor Mr Smith who has a large diverse portfolio of London Property which includes retail, student accommodation, hotels and residential property.

Mr Smith is worried about falling values in London and so is looking to invest in something on the South Coast although he has no knowledge of the area. He has heard that the University of Brighton are looking to dispose of 10/11 Pavilion Parade and is seeking Professional advice from your firm on:
