  • Talk about any technology you’ve noticed or behaviors of employees or set up of store or any of the other factors discussed in the chapter in terms of preventing shrinkage.
  • Then give one suggestion you would give to them to help them improve their shrinkage prevention efforts, and why you’d suggest that.
