HOSPITALITY company in terms of sustainability and social responsiblity,. These are two topics that we have been looking at all semester as we explore various companies in the hospitlaity industry. This project is focused on the hospitality industry, so the first requirement is that you must select a hospitality company (hotel chain, restaurant, cruise line, casino, event venue) that is engaged in both sustainability and social responsibility. The larger the company, the easier your research will be so I recommend that you select a company that you can find sufficient information on.
