Instruction of Individual Essay:

Introduction: identify and discuss the following aspects. (5%)
• Aim of the research
• Gaps and Contribution – what is the research gap that the authors found for their study
• What is the research paradigm (explain from ontology to methodology)

Referring only to the reviewed journal paper: students should discuss briefly the aim of the study, the gaps and main findings and to identify and explain the research paradigm pathway that was adopted.
Literature review: discuss the following parts.
• Previous studies (theory or model)
• Use of previous studies (theory or model)

You are required to discuss following aspects:
Previous studies (theory or model): Students need to identity what are the theories in the literature that the authors identified.

Use of previous studies (theory or model) in this study: Students need to explain how the authors adapted these existing theories to develop their study.

Students need to discuss the theory from the literature review and explain why these previous studies are important and relevant to this study. This section is very important because it shows the main foundation of the study that could be the main motivation of the study.
Also, it is strongly connected to the hypothesis development because literature review contains the rational and fundamental explanation of the developing hypothesis.

Methods and Analysis:
• Identifying research questions/hypothesis of the study.
• Measures – identifying independent, dependent and control variables.
• Explaining the method applied to this study.

Briefly explain how they are measured and the type of data. Also identify the method adopted for the study.

Conclusion
