For this assignment, you will expand upon the case conceptualization overview submitted in Unit 3 by analyzing multidisciplinary theories or models that inform leadership practices in your selected global organization. Specific models and theories that inform leadership on a global basis will be analyzed and related to leadership systems, context (including, but not limited to social, political, cultural, technological, geographic, legal, and economic considerations), and challenges

By successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the following course competencies:

1)Evaluate multidisciplinary theories and models that inform leadership practice in diverse culture

2) Analyze the value of leadership theory for contemporary and future organizations.

3)Examine multidisciplinary aspects of social, political, cultural, legal, and economic factors affecting global leadership issues through current real-world case studies.

4)Communicate in a manner that is scholarly, professional, and consistent peer-reviewed theoretical and scholarly articles to support your case conceptualization of a global Fortune 500 organization.

For the final submission of the course project, there should be a minimum of 15 annotated references with at least 10 of them related to the appropriate leadership theory for the case.
