Poor management can affect the company’s budget, employee turnover, and overall profits. Finally, a decrease in productivity and morale are signs employees may be struggling with the leadership being given. If employees have an effective leader their task performance will continue to soar (CluerHR, 2020). With the change in culture, we would have to find a way to regain trust within the staff, students, and parents. We must let them know without them the school would be nothing and we appreciate them for sticking beside us while we correct the wrong that was done to our school. We will have to improve our leadership communication skills, examine the leader’s roles we currently have in place, offer and support if staff feels overworked, strive to be open, and change the narrative we currently have on us (How to Fix a Negative Work Environment, 2021).
