Poster presentation guidelines:
Select a leadership/management issue related to an area of study within that can be applied with an interprofessional workgroup within a selected professional practice site. The group project will be developed based on best-practice, evidence-based guidelines. The final presentation will be submitted in the Leadership Presentation Dropbox and Peer-Review Discussion board by the date specified. One member of the group will also need to act as a leader/editor for the group to avoid multiple postings and confusion.

The parts of the Poster presentation will include:
Minimum of Three (3) Measurable Objectives:
Introduction of selected leadership/management issue
Significance of the selected topic to nursing practice
Literature Review
Cultural diversity considerations within the issue
Explain how interprofessional workgroups can communicate and work effectively within the issue of cultural diversity.
Plan for the implementation of the issue into practice
References and citations in APA format
The presentation must contain at least 6 peer-reviewed, evidence-based Nursing or Medical journal articles published within the past 5 years. Students may also use their course textbooks as additional references but they cannot substitute for the 6 peer-reviewed articles.
