Discuss this within OB lenses.                                                   5. What examples of work intensification happened at NES? Discuss this within OB lenses. How can this be generalised and under which conditions?                                                                                                     6. Claiming yourself as OBD specialists, what can we learn from this case that can inform team members, managers, and leaders? Note that there is no need to repeat the questions and to make it look like an exercise.

Feel free to organise the content of the presentation as you wish using informative and straightforward titles. The video should give a voice to each of the team member. The section associated with the voice does not have to be the one associated with the person who worked on that specific section of the presentation.
