Explain how proper treatment and diagnosis of juvenile offenders will lower their chances of offending when they become adults.
An outline, annotated bibliography and appendix is needed. Must be a minimum of 15 pages without including title, reference page. All references should be scholarly resources and be within the last 5 years.
