Choose a social welfare policy
Provide an overview of the policy
Explain how clients access the services/benefits created by this social policy (including agency/ies which serve as gatekeepers for accessing these services)
Analyze your chosen social policy, specifically stating the benefits as well as downfalls
Consider how you would change the policy
Develop a paper of talking points which compares and contrasts the policy as it currently is with the one you are proposing
Discuss where and how you would the system for policy change
Discuss how you would make clients aware of policy changes. Clients need to be made aware of changes/additions of social policy.
Develop a brochure, poster or other form of media which will communicate this change to clients.
