Capstone reflection.
Compose your reflection in a minimum of two pages and maximum of 3 pages.
Identify and describe the population (age, gender, location)
Describe learner characteristics such as race, sex, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and developmental status and how these characteristics might have affected teaching/learning.
Identify and discuss how you accommodated for any environmental factors such as the space, seating, lighting, heat, security, and facilities
Identify and discuss how you took organizational factors such as teaching materials, handouts, AVs, scheduling of teaching into consideration in your presentation.
Discuss how complete your teaching topics were for each objective. What would you change, add, or delete should you present the program again?
Discuss how well your teaching method for each topic (i.e. discussion, video, games, role play, etc) enhanced your presentation.
What creative elements did you include that enhanced your discussion?
Describe how well your evaluation measured each objective. How did you know when the objective had been achieved?
Reflect on your role as teacher versus student. What did you gain from the experience?
