(a) Briefly describe the situation.
(b) Analyse your performance, to determine the extent to which you believe you were effective or ineffective and identify why you believe your performance was effective or ineffective.
(c) Identify how you would apply the skills covered in the negotiation course to enhance your performance if you encountered an identical situation in the future.
