What is the definition of dissipation? How, if at all, has the definition or application of dissipation
changed over time (i.e., with the revision of the IMDMA)?
What are some examples of what courts consider to be dissipation? What is the effect of dissipation in an overall dissolution case?
Are there any conflicts in the case law of the various Illinois Appellate Districts regarding what does and does not constitute dissipation?

5. Anonymous sperm donors:
What is the current law regarding the ability to seek child support from an anonymous sperm donor? About the rights of an anonymous sperm donor to pursue paternity, custody, visitation, or other rights
with regard to a child born from such a donation?
What other issues have been raised with the courts dealing with anonymous sperm donation, and how have the courts decided those issues?
