You have been hired as the training and development manager for an organization. You are responsible for creating a new training program for your company. Using the knowledge you have gained throughout this course, develop a training program using the Training Design Process or ADDIE model.
The project must be submitted in a Word document or other rtf. type file
Professional font only, double spaced, no small/large fonts
Work must be error free
Appropriate citations must occur (APA, MLA, etc)
Regardless of design, you must include an overview or an introduction and conclusion
If you are using a specific training design process that has a name, like the ADDIE model etc., please identify the design in the intro
