An audience can be a UN agency, an international or domestic NGO, or government. Based on your research of the country and situation of the population, develop three recommendations to the problems. What would you do to help the population in need? Feel free to challenge the status quo. Think outside the box and consider what you might need to implement your recommendations. This is an exercise in critical thinking, research, and skills building. Please use a minimum of 10 references from professional journals, resources, and books. Wikipedia references are not acceptable. The paper should be between 8 and 10 pages in length
